Designed for real-world efficiency, Cubed shifts away from table/function-driven workflows to intuitive, business process-focused interactions that enhance the user experience.


Best of all, Cubed isn’t a standalone tool — it’s fully integrated into the i² ecosystem. Users can securely access operational tools and processes from anywhere, making it ideal for remote work and distributed teams.

The PACS financial system is a fully integrated payables and collections platform that works seamlessly with both the i² healthcare management system and the Demi integration module. It provides a complete solution for managing financial transactions generated from daily business operations.


Transactions are posted to PACS in real-time, making it easy to manage both debtors and creditors with full traceability. A complete audit trail is maintained for all activity, enabling detailed reporting and streamlined query handling.


PACS integrates with major South African banks via B2B or SFTP connections, supporting multiple payment formats including BankServ and ISO20022 XML. Daily bank statement loading also allows unmatched transactions to be processed manually, while matched entries are handled automatically.

IRules

IRules is a rule engine based solution that can be applied to a wide variety of problems. Built for efficiency and cost-effectiveness through a light-touch approach. It applies consistent rule sets across similar treatments, reducing variability and improving standardisation.


The system uses parallel processing to adjudicate in bulk, increasing speed and operational efficiency.
